5 Week Mindfulness Meditation Course
This 5-week course will teach you the art of Mindful meditation, self-acceptance, & simple and effective techniques that you can use to improve well-being in your everyday life.
Suitable for complete beginners, those wanting a refresher in the practice of Meditation, or anyone wanting unwind in a relaxing & supportive space.
When: Staring on Monday the 17th February, 7:30pm-8:30 pm.
Location: Billingshurst Unitarian Chapel, High St, Billingshurst RH14 9QS
